ZORTRAX WARRANTY
For Zortrax M200 Plus and Zortrax M300 Plus only
I. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. Zortrax S.A. guarantees efficient operation of the Zortrax M200 Plus and Zortrax M300 Plus 3D printers,
which are covered by this warranty (“Zortrax Warranty”), provided that it is used in accordance with its
intended purpose and technical-operational conditions included in the user guide and manuals published
by Zortrax S.A. at: https://support.zortrax.com.
2. Zortrax S.A. provides a warranty for each brand-new device purchased from Zortrax S.A. or Zortrax
Authorized Reseller by the end-user and properly documented with proof of purchase for a period of
twelve (12) months from the date of the original retail purchase.
3. The Zortrax Warranty only covers damage resulting from defects in material and workmanship of the sold
device. The Zortrax Warranty does not apply:
a. to damage resulting from external factors, such as mechanical damage, damage caused by
atmospheric phenomena, pollution, flooding, moisture, and condensation of water vapor,
b. to damage caused by lightning and improper power supply voltage,
c. to damage caused by unauthorized repairs of the device,
d. to damage resulting from a lack of maintenance or improper maintenance,
e. to damage caused by unauthorized updates or modifications of the device’s firmware,
f. to damage caused by improper use of the device,
g. to consumable parts which require periodic replacement, such as: accessories (including Starter
Kit, side covers, etc.), extruder bearing, extruder cable, extruder motor gear wheel, fans, glass plate,
GT2 belts X/Y (long and short), heater&thermocouple, hotend, LED tapes, material endstop, material
guide, nozzle, perforated plate, platform distances and platform screws, platform regulating distances,
rubber feet, spool holder, USB memory stick and Wi-Fi dongle, wiring (power cable included), X/Y
endstops,
h. to damage resulting from the use of improperly installed consumables,
i. to damage resulting from the use of consumables or filaments other than those recommended by
Zortrax S.A.
4. Defects of the device covered by Zortrax Warranty and revealed during its term will be removed, free of
charge, by repairing the device, replacing the device with a new one or in any other way agreed with the
user, within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the device to the service center. This period may
be extended to 31 working days in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in particular, the need to import
the spare parts, about which the user will be informed.
5. In the case of a warranty claim being submitted directly to Zortrax S.A., the company reserves the right to
determine the place of repair of the device and redirect the claimant to the Authorized Service Center.
6. If the device is repaired outside the place of use, the device should be delivered or shipped to the
service center in packaging that will reduce the risk of damage during transport (original packaging is
recommended).
7. During the warranty service, the contents of the product’s data storage media, including the external USB
flash drive, may be deleted, replaced, or formatted. Therefore, it is recommended to create a separate
backup copy of the contents and data. Warranty repair does not include making backup copies of the data
contained on the media.

8. As a part of the warranty service, the latest firmware update may be installed.
9. In the case of an unjustified warranty claim, the service provider has the right to charge the claimant
with the costs of servicing and shipment. In such a case, the claimant will be informed of the costs of
servicing, and the service provider will repair the device once the claimant accepts all costs.
10. Zortrax S.A. is not responsible for violating any copyrights by the users of the device.
11. Zortrax S.A. is not responsible for any loss of profits or other civil consequences caused by the faulty
device. This particularly applies to: loss of income, profit, probable profit, loss of data, information, or
damage of storage media.
12. In case of non-conformity of the sold item with the contract, the buyer, by law, is entitled to legal remedies
on the part of and at the expense of the seller. The warranty does not affect these remedies.
II. SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM
1. Before submitting a warranty claim, at first you should refer to free technical support materials available
at: http://support.zortrax.com.
2. To submit a warranty claim, it is required to prepare the serial number of the device, materials illustrating
the problem, as well as the proof of purchase of the device.
3. The warranty claim may be submitted using the application form available at: https://support.zortrax.
com/support-form/ or at an Authorized Service Center. The list of Authorized Services is available at:
https://zortrax.com/find-reseller/.
