How proprietary SVS technology removes visible layering

  • Smart Vapor Smoothing (SVS) technology evenly smooths surfaces on all kinds of models, including those with complex geometries and interlocked movable parts. It's done through automatic management of temperature, pressure, and concentration of solvent's vapors in the Apoller's smoothing chamber.

Compatible with all FDM/FFF 3D printers

  • Zortrax Apoller can smooth models printed on all FDM, FFF, LPD, and LPD Plus 3D printers. The device is compatible with filaments based on ABS, HIPS, and ASA, regardless of their manufacturer. Just remember to use only pure acetone or pure MEK as solvents.

A flexible manufacturing plant

  • 3D printing farms can cost-efficiently deal with low to medium scale production by moving it in-house and making on-the-fly adjustments possible. Complemented by Apoller post-processing devices, they can now offer products' quality on par with injection molding.

Solving the low-scale production

  • Contracting external suppliers, almost no room for adjustments, and high cost per unit are among major issues with low-scale production because the economy of scale is not yet there to bring the prices down. Once significant resources are invested in making injection molds for a new product, a business is basically all-in.

For Zortrax Apoller only
I. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. Zortrax S.A. guarantees efficient operation of the Zortrax Apoller which is covered by this warranty
(„Zortrax Warranty), provided that it is used in accordance with its intended purpose and technicaloperational conditions included in the user guide and manuals published by Zortrax S.A. at: https://
support.zortrax.com.
2. Zortrax S.A. provides a warranty for each brand-new device purchased from Zortrax Authorized Reseller
or Zortrax S.A. by the end-use purchaser and properly documented with proof of purchase for a period of
twelve (12) months from the date of the original retail purchase.
3. The Zortrax Warranty only covers damage resulting from defects in material and workmanship of the sold
device. The Zortrax Warranty does not apply:
a. to damage resulting from external factors, such as mechanical damage, damage caused by
atmospheric phenomena, pollution, flooding, moisture, and condensation of water vapor,
b. to damage caused by lightning and improper power supply voltage,
c. to damage caused by service or modifications performed by a non-Zortrax representative, by
modifications to the device’s firmware, or by improper use of the device,
d. to damage resulting from a lack of maintenance or improper maintenance,
e. to consumables and accessories which require periodic replacement, such as platform or accessories
for suspending 3D prints,
f. to damage resulting from the use of improperly installed third-party consumables, or other than those
recommended by Zortrax S.A.,
g. to damage resulting from the use of materials and liquids other than those recommended by Zortrax
S.A. or those used improperly,
h. required annual maintenance service which ensures operational safety in accordance with specified
standards.
4. Defects of the device covered by Zortrax Warranty and revealed during its term will be removed, free of
charge, by repairing the device, replacing the device with a new one or in any other way agreed with the
user, within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the device to the service center. This period may
be extended to 31 working days in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in particular, the need to import
the spare parts, about which the user will be informed.
5. If the device is repaired outside the place of use, the device should be delivered or shipped to the
service center in packaging that will reduce the risk of damage during transport (original packaging is
recommended).
6. During the warranty service, the content of the storage media may be deleted, replaced, or formatted.
Therefore, it is recommended to create a separate backup copy of the contents and data. The service
center does not make backup copies of the data contained on the storage media.
7. As part of the warranty service, the latest firmware update may be installed.
8. In the case of unjustified warranty claim, the service provider has the right to charge the claimant with the
costs of servicing and shipment. In such case, the claimant will be informed of the costs of servicing, and
the service provider will repair the device once the claimant accepts all costs.

9. Zortrax S.A. is not responsible for violating any copyrights by the user of the device.
10. Zortrax S.A. is not responsible for any loss of profits and other civil consequences caused by the faulty
device. This particularly applies to: loss of income, profit, probable profit, loss of data, information, or
damage of storage media.
11. Due to the specific nature of the device, Zortrax S.A. is not responsible for material and non-material
damage resulting from failure to follow safety instructions provided in the User Guide (including required
annual maintenance service). Operation of the device without a valid service is at the user’s risk and
responsibility.
12. In case of non-conformity of the sold item with the contract, the buyer, by law, is entitled to legal remedies
on the part of and at the expense of the seller. The warranty does not affect these remedies.
II. SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM
1. Before submitting a warranty claim, Zortrax S.A. recommends reading the free technical support material
available at: http://support.zortrax.com.
2. To submit a warranty claim, it is required to prepare the serial number of the device, materials illustrating
the problem, as well as the proof of purchase of the device.
3. The warranty claim may be submitted using the application form at: https://support.zortrax.com/support-form/.

Shipping Policy 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 3-7 business days.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@valleyforgemachines.com.

No Shipping outside the USA. (Some exceptions apply - if the website permits you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order. Some products in particular are available in Canada).

We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping dates may change without notice. (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on) We appreciate your patience and understanding in as we work through these difficult times. 

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is always completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer.

  • Threshold Shipping: This involves your item being transported to a sheltered area (porch, garage, etc.). 
  • White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any light assembly (massage chairs + other items which come largely pre-assembled), and all boxes and packaging removed from your house.
